When We Are Closed
Need a GP during the evenings or weekends?
You can now book an appointment for urgent conditions usually managed by GP's during the evenings and weekends by directly calling
0203 649 4499 or contact the enhanced access hub on 0204 506 8827 . These clinics are NOT a walk in system and are not for on going chronic problems e.g. heart disease, diabetes etc.You will be seen by either a GP or Nurse Practitioner by appointment only. This services operates at Southdene Surgery. Appointments are available from 18.30-22.00pm Monday - Friday, 15.30-20.00pm Saturdays and Sundays.
This surgery is a member of Healthbridge Federation who are providing this service for our patients.
Alternatively, if you require a doctor or health advice when the surgery is closed please ring 111.
Calls to this number are free from both landlines and mobile phones.
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
